The bit about xeedo choosing CS2 and shooting to top 15 Elo after the break is the clearest sign this roster has real upside. Still, teenage lineups usually need one boring veteran voice or they drift when the losses stack up.

yeah, and the organization support matters more than people think. Flights, relocations, all that off-server stuff is what stops a young team from collapsing after the first bad run.

I think the support is good, but the actual weak point is map depth. If they want top-15 and then tier-one events, they need more than raw confidence and a good living situation, otherwise every better team will just punish the same patterns.

Map depth is a fair point, but in young CIS teams the bigger issue is usually mid-rounding. They can start rounds well and then it turns into five guys taking turns to peek because nobody wants to be the boring one.

That is why the xeedo and kashl1d quotes stood out to me. One wants to be a complete teammate, the other is talking about finding his own style, so if they balance those two things they could avoid the usual 'all aim no plan' trap.
