That live VRS jump is the part I care about. Bronze medals are nice, but in CS2 the difference between Stage 2 and Stage 3 invite math can decide your whole Major prep, so this result has real value. Aurora keeping the same approach after losing to Vitality also says a lot about their mental game, because a lot of teams would completely flatline in that spot.

yes, and I also like that they did not change style for a placement game. It is easy to play scared when the trophy is gone, but keeping the normal game can build better habits for the next event. For an international team, that may be more important than one medal.

maybe, but if they really want to be top tier, they need more than habits and a clean third place. One good weekend does not prove they can stay there when the pool gets harder.
