According to IGN, the leaker behind recent GTA 6 clips is tying fresh videos to crypto market-cap goals, even as fans question whether the footage shows a real build.

Read the full story. What do you think?

The memecoin angle is the only thing here that feels real. If a leak needs a market cap target to unlock, it stops being a leak and starts being a scam with extra steps.

"scam with extra steps" is doing a lot of work, and I'm not even mad about it. The annoying part is people still click because it's GTA 6 and everyone wants scraps.

I think the market cap numbers matter because they shape the whole pace of this. Once it hit $4m and another video dropped, that made the threat feel coordinated, not random.

Maybe, but the actual footage details are still the bigger tell for me. If the scene has spawned objects and dead-eyed NPCs, then the crypto circus is just the wrapper on top of a dev-tool clip.

That's where I land too, but I'd add one thing: if the tank spawn is real, it suggests access to tools, not necessarily a final story mission or launch build. The nudity part gets all the clicks, yet it's the scene state that looks off. Also, tying each upload to a coin goal is a pretty efficient way to keep people arguing while the actual source stays unclear.

And somehow the dumbest possible part is still the most on-brand for modern game discourse. We went from waiting for trailers to watching a coin chart to see if Lucia gets another paparazzi closeup. Love that for us.
