Honor Duels sounds like the only thing here with actual replay value. if it really drops you into the same match type and then moves the duel after the game ends, that could be a neat little side bet instead of a full extra mode.

same match type sounds like a gimmick to me. if i'm in ranked, i don't want some side quest 1v1 hanging over the lobby just because one guy got baited into a duel.

that's why i want to try it in private matches first. if it works there, people can actually use it for chill 1s, but in ranked i can already imagine the queue getting weird when someone keeps fishing for duels.

the private match support is the part i like most. Bullet Ball and Knockout in Exhibition plus the Boost Pad Recharge mutator means communities can make their own silly events instead of waiting on the live playlist rotation.

yeah, that is the real win for me too. i only get a couple games in at night, so custom stuff with friends matters way more than another limited mode i miss after two days.
