100 Thieves coming out 13-5 on Split and then dropping three straight is the kind of series that makes you question map pool depth. Vitality did not just out-aim them, they adjusted way better once the pace moved off that opener. The Ascent win especially felt like a trust issue in the mid-rounds – Vitality kept taking space and 100T kept getting boxed into predictable answers.

i think Split was just bad matchup for vitality, then they fix fast. on the other maps 100T look slower in decisions, and that is death vs team like this.

What stood out to me is how often Vitality turned small utility wins into full round control. Jamppi's wall play on Ascent, the grouped C hits on Lotus, even the immediate response after losing the pistol on Summit – that is a team with clear structure. 100 Thieves had good individual moments, but once the rounds stretched out they seemed to run out of clean plans. In a rematch like this, structure usually wins more often than heroics.

Structure helps, but 100T still had the best opening map. If they tighten the late rounds a bit, this rematch is not as one-sided as people think.
