The top eight qualification line is the part I keep staring at. Being ninth after three more events feels brutal, but at least the system is clear about what teams need to chase.

@felix_grandpa clear, yes, but also pretty punishing. One rough weekend and a team can go from grand finals path to watching from home, which is very Krafton behaviour.

I actually think the punishment is the point. If the last circuit is supposed to decide the season, then the standings need to hit hard, otherwise teams coast once they bank a cushion.

That's fair, but the doubled points in PGS 12 make the earlier events feel a bit less stable than I'd like. It turns the whole circuit into a late swing lottery if one team peaks at the right time.
