PGC points being the final chance here changes the vibe a lot. A team can win a regional bracket and still end up sweating the points math for Istanbul, which is such a PUBG thing to do. I like that the article called out consistency, because in this game the lobby always punishes teams that only show up for the frag clips. Falcons and Liquid are the names everyone knows, but this setup gives the quieter macro teams a real path too.

the points angle is good, but the SUPER format is what makes it interesting for me. 15 matches is enough that the weird early game luck should calm down a bit, unless the zone RNG decides to be a clown as usual.
