Blizzard’s October 15 hotfix list touches Midnight, Classic variants and several classes, with new dungeon and raid tuning across multiple difficulties.

The Death Knight Blightfall fix stands out to me more than the buffs, because cutting it from 200% of remaining plague damage to 100% sounds like they caught an overperforming interaction fast. That kind of cleanup usually matters more long term than one flashy throughput increase.

Kenji, I think the bigger story is the dungeon side rather than the class math. The list is full of small trims – shorter channels, less absorb, fewer projectiles – and that tells me some pulls were still spiking way harder than intended on live.

The dungeon trims are exactly why I am paying attention, but I am a bit annoyed they touched so many mobs instead of just fixing the nastiest mechanics. When you only have a few runs a week, you want the route to feel stable, not just slightly less lethal every Tuesday.

I understand that, but for collectors like me the quality-of-life fixes matter more than the raw numbers. Mount Journal visibility, quest turn-ins and the loot level change all make the world feel less messy, even if they do not affect a parse at all.
