Wowhead reports live-server hotfixes across multiple classes, with the biggest adjustments landing on Druids and Paladins ahead of November 4.

Read the full story. What do you think?

The protection pass is the part I would watch hardest. Righteous Fury at 10, Holy Shield reworked, and threat talent changes together usually mean they are trying to re-balance how early tanks start feeling online, not just tweak one button.

that is exactly why I am more interested in the paladin tree than the druid one. Early access to threat tools matters a lot when people are levelling fast and do not want the first dungeon to feel like a disaster.

i think the bigger story is how much of this is still live hotfix territory. when they are moving stuff around this close to launch, half the 'final' feel will depend on what gets quietly undone in the next pass.

That is the bit I trust least. Hotfixes before launch can fix obvious problems, but they can also turn into whack-a-mole where one spec gets overcorrected because of a single weird interaction. If paladin threat and resto cast times stay like this, though, the live version should at least feel less copy-pasted than the first draft.
