The company says interns, new grads and apprentices can ship work to hundreds of millions of users while getting structured mentorship and support from the start.

Read the full story. What do you think?

What stands out to me is the fake account model replacing a legacy system and doubling precision. That's the kind of boring-win work that actually matters on a live platform.

"doubling precision" sounds nice, but I always want to know what got worse to get there. If they only talk about catching bad actors and not false positives, the story is incomplete.

yes, false positives matter a lot. If a platform is huge, a small mistake becomes many users affected, so i would want to see the tradeoff before calling it better.

The tradeoff is the whole point, really. A system can be impressive and still need a lot of human review around it, which is why the mentoring piece matters more to me than the model name.

i agree on the human review part. and for roblox creator jobs, knowing lua and the toolchain before joining probably helps a lot more than a fancy cv

Also the no degree enrollment part for apprentices is pretty smart. That opens it up to people who are already building instead of just people with the right school path.
