Blizzard Entertainment has started a fall sale for World of Warcraft that runs through November 2 and reaches up to 50% off Midnight, alongside discounts on select game services, cosmetics and Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary offerings. The promotion is live now and ends at 10:00 am PST on November 3, 2026, according to the official announcement.

Midnight leads the promotion with a 50% discount

The biggest markdown in the sale is for Midnight, which Blizzard says is 50% off during the event. The expansion sends players back to Quel’Thalas, where they will explore new and reimagined zones, fight Xal’atath in the battle between Light and Void, and build a home with Housing.

Blizzard is selling all three Midnight editions at the reduced price: Base, Heroic and Epic. Every edition includes an Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost and access to Housing, giving buyers both a ready-to-use character and a place to settle in Azeroth before they start the expansion’s progression.

The sale page also points to Midnight as part of Blizzard’s broader run-up to the expansion. The official pitch centers on the return to Quel’Thalas and the fight against Xal’atath, with the new Housing feature presented as part of the expansion package rather than a separate purchase.

Character boosts and services are discounted too

Blizzard is offering 33% off the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost. The boost grants one character a one-time jump to level 80, letting players begin leveling in Quel’Thalas sooner as they prepare for Xal’atath.

The boost includes four 30-slot bags, one 32-slot reagent bag, and five highly customizable dragon mounts with Skyriding. Blizzard lists those extras as part of the boost itself, not as separate add-ons.

Up to 30% off also applies to select Midnight game services. Blizzard includes Name Changes, Race Changes, Faction Change Packs and Paid Character Transfers in that group. Packs can be purchased in the Battle.net shop or by launching World of Warcraft and selecting the Shop button on the character select screen.

One transfer restriction appears in the fine print: characters cannot be transferred between World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: Forever and World of Warcraft Classic. Blizzard also notes that the services in this section are tied to modern World of Warcraft rather than the Classic anniversary version.

  • 50% off Midnight
  • 33% off the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost
  • Up to 30% off Name Changes, Race Changes, Faction Change Packs and Paid Character Transfers
  • 30% off the Cozy Kobold Collection and standalone items
  • 30% off Lana’thel’s Crimson Couture
  • 30% off the Heavenly Regalia Pack
  • Up to 33% off Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary game services

Cosmetic collections get their own markdowns

The sale also includes 30% off the Cozy Kobold Collection and standalone items from that set. Blizzard describes the collection as a way to “embrace your inner Kobold,” with a choice between a soft, warm glow and a bright candle gleam. The collection can be bought as a full bundle, or players can pick up individual pieces in their preferred color.

Another 30% discount applies to Lana’thel’s Crimson Couture. Blizzard frames the set as a transmog option with a sanguine style, built for players who want a more dramatic look. The company pairs it with a separate 30% discount on the Heavenly Regalia Pack.

The Heavenly Regalia Pack comes in two color variants: Ensemble: Shining Vestments of the Heavens and Ensemble: Radiant Vestments of the Heavens. Blizzard says both sets are meant to reflect celestial forces, with the light-and-shadow theme carrying through the cosmetics rather than changing any gameplay systems.

The announcement does not list any additional rewards or bundle-exclusive bonuses for these cosmetic offers. Instead, the promotion keeps the focus on pricing, with the collections presented as optional style purchases for modern World of Warcraft.

Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary services are also on sale

The promotion reaches into World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary as well, where Blizzard is offering up to 33% off select game services through November 2. That section includes the Level 58 Character Boost (Anniversary), which is available only for use on WoW Classic Anniversary realm characters.

Blizzard says the Anniversary boost includes level-appropriate gear, weapon skills, a race-specific mount, the Apprentice Riding skill, access to select flight paths and bags. The company also notes that the boost works only on the WoW account for which it was purchased or redeemed as a gift.

A name-change option is part of the Classic Anniversary sale as well. Blizzard says players can choose a new name if they want to change the one they originally selected for their hero. The offer is presented as a straightforward service rather than a character-wide reset or reroll.

The Classic Anniversary section mirrors the modern-game promotion in structure, but its service restrictions are narrower. Blizzard separates the anniversary boost and related services from the modern World of Warcraft offers, while keeping both under the same fall savings window.

What is included in the sale window

The announcement says the promotion begins immediately and continues until November 2, with the fine print setting the sale end at 10:00 am PST on November 3, 2026. That means the public-facing end date and the technical cutoff are not identical, so buyers looking at the official page need to account for the time zone listed in the footnote.

Blizzard also uses the page to separate what is available for modern World of Warcraft and what is only available for Classic Anniversary. The double-asterisk note applies to the cosmetics and related items marked as modern-game only, while the four-asterisk note applies to the Anniversary-only character boost.

In practical terms, the sale combines expansion access, leveling help, style items and account services in one period. Midnight gets the biggest price cut, but the rest of the promotion still covers a broad spread of purchases: boosts, transfers, name changes, transmog sets and Anniversary services tied to Burning Crusade Classic.

Blizzard’s official page keeps the offers under a single fall savings banner rather than splitting them into separate events. For players considering a purchase before the deadline, the sale groups together modern expansion access and Classic Anniversary support with a clear date, a clear cutoff time and a set of restrictions attached to each item.
