The latest demand follows another 25-minute leak, while Rockstar and Take-Two continue trying to identify who is behind the footage.

Read the full story. What do you think?

The weirdest part to me is how the message tries to sound like a negotiation while also advertising a coin. That makes the whole thing less about exposing a build and more about turning the leak into pressure, which is exactly why I'd be careful about treating any of the claims as clean evidence. Even if the footage is real, the motives around it are messy enough to poison the whole story.

I get that, but I dont think the motive makes the clips useless. If the footage shows actual mission flow and not just a shaky menu, that still tells us something about how far the build got.

The footage can be real and the seller still be full of it. That is the problem with leak culture now – one part info, one part stunt, one part monetization.

What I keep coming back to is the end-credits claim. That's a much bigger promise than another random driving clip, so if it ever turns out to be true the damage is way beyond hype.

And if it isn't true, they still got everyone talking for free. That part is depressingly efficient.
