The developer says the European roster has become PUBG Esports’ leading force after a season of titles, runner-up finishes and a PGS 10 run that put it on top of the points race.

VP's season looks less like a hot streak and more like a team that finally figured out how to turn pressure into a repeatable plan. The ibiza move stands out to me most, because a strong player-to-coach transition can smooth out the chaos without dulling the edge.

"repeatable plan" is the key bit. The PGS 10 numbers suggest they're winning fights early and then actually cashing that into space, which is the part most squads fail at. If the first knock rate holds up, they'll keep being a nightmare in lobbies that want to stall them out.

I think the article sells the structure angle a little too hard, honestly. The real difference in these runs is that curexi slotting in gave them another body who can do damage without breaking the shape, and that matters more than any coach story when the circles get weird. Still, if ibiza is the one keeping the team from overcooking fights, then that does explain why they look calmer than a lot of contenders.

Yeah, fair. I'm not saying the coaching move wins lobbies on its own, just that it probably made the roster easier to trust in late-game chaos. If they can keep that balance while everyone else starts playing scared, they've got a real shot at PGC.
