Supercell has announced #CreatorCoffins, a Brawl Stars community event that runs from October 26 to October 29 and asks players to team up with a favorite creator to complete daily tasks, fill a community meter, and unlock in-game rewards. The developer says the event also includes the exclusive Brawl-O-Ween Coffin Box Pin.
Supercell frames the event around Mortis and a Brawl-O-Ween theme, saying that Mortis “went on a side quest” and that “the other Brawlers have messed with his coffins.” Players who join the event choose one creator, enter that creator’s code, and then contribute to that creator’s event page over the four days.
How #CreatorCoffins works
According to Supercell, the event begins with a creator code search on social media. The company says creator codes can only be found online, with the hashtag #CreatorCoffins appearing on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and Twitch. Supercell says there is no creator code list inside Brawl Stars, so social media is the only place to find one.
Once a player finds a creator whose content they like, they can open the #CreatorCoffins event page from the in-game home screen and enter that creator’s code. Supercell says that choice is locked for the full event: players “can’t change it later,” so the code selection lasts across all four days. The company also notes that entering the event code applies it to the player’s Brawl Stars shop, although shop codes can still be changed later without affecting event participation.
After a code is entered, the creator’s page reveals a new in-game task each day at 08:00 UTC. Supercell says the task changes every morning, and completing it in matches adds progress to the community meter. The more players contribute for the same creator, the more rewards the community can unlock together.
- Event dates: October 26 to 29
- Daily task refresh: 08:00 UTC
- Required step: enter a creator code found on social media
- Community progress: fills a meter tied to one chosen creator
- Reward focus: Brawl-O-Ween Boxes, Progression, Drops, and the Coffin Box Pin
Supercell says players can join on any day during the event, not just on October 26, and still begin contributing immediately. The company also says that to claim the community rewards, players need to have “pitched in on that day’s task” themselves; simply playing the event content is enough to count.
Rewards tied to the daily goals
The developer says the rewards pool includes Brawl-O-Ween Boxes, Progression, Drops, and the exclusive Brawl-O-Ween Coffin Box Pin. Supercell says daily community goals and stretch goals determine what everyone backing the same creator unlocks.
Players are not just working toward a shared meter for its own sake. Supercell says the event page will show the rewards available after a creator code has been entered, and that these rewards are revealed day by day. The company also describes the event as a community push where “the more everyone backing your Creator contributes together, the more rewards everyone can unlock.”
The pin is the only item Supercell explicitly calls exclusive to the event. The announcement does not list exact reward amounts or the full contents of the Brawl-O-Ween Boxes, but it does make clear that the rewards are shared by everyone backing that creator, rather than being individual prizes for the creator code holder alone.
The coffins belong to creators, not players
Alongside the in-game rewards, Supercell says each participating creator receives a Mortis’ Mortuary package in the mail with four sealed coffins, one for each day of the event. Each coffin holds a mystery Brawl-O-Ween prize for the creator as a physical thank-you from Brawl, and the company stresses that players do not earn anything from the coffin itself.
Instead, players help unlock the reveal. Supercell says the coffins stay sealed until that day’s first community goal is reached. Once the goal is hit, the coffin for that day is unlocked, and the reveal goes live the next morning at 08:00 UTC. After that, the creator can post the reveal whenever it fits their content plan.
The company also says the physical prize inside each coffin is only for the creator to keep. For players, the event is about contributing to the unlock, watching the reveal, and earning the separate in-game rewards tied to the community meter. Supercell presents the coffins as a thank-you gift for creators, not as a player reward pool.
The structure makes the event part community challenge, part creator spotlight, and part seasonal tie-in. Brawl Stars has run creator-driven promotions before, but Supercell’s latest announcement puts a heavier focus on choosing one creator from social media, sticking with that choice for the duration of the event, and building progress together through daily tasks. Players who want to take part will need to search for a code online, lock it in through the game’s event page, and then keep up with the rotating tasks each day from October 26 through October 29.
Supercell ends the announcement by telling players to search #CreatorCoffins on social media, grab a code, and dive in on October 26.
