What Models Are Your Controllers?

Our PlayStation 4 Controllers are the very newest model of DualShock 4. Our Xbox One Controllers are standard edition original to the console.

Do You Make Your Own Controllers?

We source our controllers from the same manufacturers as Sony and Microsoft. Our controllers are 100% authentic and new out of the box, not used or refurbished.

Will The Color Peel Off Over Time?

No way! With our printing process, the colors will stay vibrant and beautiful for a very long time. Unless your hands are made of acid, your controller will be just fine.

Do Any Of Your Modifications Affect Gameplay?

No. All of our controllers feature only graphical enhancements. Nothing about how your controller will operate has been changed.

SHIPPING

What Can I Expect From Shipping?

We ship to 180 countries. Every controller is built and tested in a process that can take up to 3-4 days. Completed controllers ship twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Hold on to your reference number to track your shipment.

Our standard shipping option is $4.99 with a delivery window of 15 to 20 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Absolutely. Just contact [email protected] with your request and order number. If the product has already be been shipped, your cancellation will be superseded by our return policy.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs or import duties might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we're not able to control these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for current charges information before you order so you are not surprised by unexpected costs.

Return Policy

You may return your product for a refund or exchange within 30 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We will require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

Warranty Information

Each GAMER2GO product carries a Limited Warranty of 30 days beginning on the date of delivery. Claims made under this warranty will require proof of purchase.

All GAMER2GO products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or neglectful operation.
