These notes read like they finally chased down a ton of old mission bugs instead of pretending the Definitive Edition was done. The FPS lock options going up to 240 are funny, but I care way more about the save/load and cutscene fixes.

"finally chased down" is generous. This is a 10-year anniversary patch, not a miracle cure, and the sale right next to it makes the timing feel a bit too convenient.

Convenient maybe, but the actual notes are detailed enough that it doesn't read like window dressing to me. The interesting bit is the mix of gameplay blockers, lighting fixes, and PC options – they clearly touched a lot of the old rough edges, which is better than another vague 'stability improvements' post.
