I see both sides, but the stability angle is exactly why I'd worry. If the players are all signed through 2027 and the coach is the only open question, then the team is basically daring someone to poach the one person who ties the whole project together. That can work if XLG already have a replacement plan, but if not, it is the kind of move that looks calm right up until the offseason market gets messy.

This looks like Blizzard doing the usual broad hotfix pass where some specs get small nudges and a few get slammed with real numbers. The PvP slow changes stood out more to me than the class buffs, because movement control always gets messy fast when one effect starts stacking too well. I like that they at least called out what was meant for dungeon play versus raid play, since vague tuning just makes people argue for weeks about what was actually intended.
