the 10 vs 20 hyjal split is the part i'm side-eyeing most. flexible sizes sound great on paper, but if the raid isn't tuned cleanly for both, one side is gonna feel like the real version and the other like leftovers.
@1112 the rotation part is exactly why i think it could work. if the flag is only extra score and not the whole match, then you get actual map pressure instead of one dumb mid fight forever.
